Connectivity:
Although the Software is smart enough to do all steps on its own but a few times there can be some kind of connectivity issue. That is because of improper usb drivers. You have to find that first. There are ample of phone in the market which are not having appropriate usb drivers and cause similar issue. There is nothing much to worry about the same. All you have to do is download the right drivers and update your system with that. And then reconnect the phone with Dr.Fone. The analyzing part is important. You have to use the original usb cable for proper connection. If you are finding it hard to analyze the phone with this tool, then you have to manually install the apk file in your phone. This is usually installed by the software, but sometime it fails due to improper connectivity or faulty cable. In such cases, Dr.Fone tries to install some codes on your phone to get proper access of the device. You will see it on your mobile screen, as shown in the image below. You can cancel it, but i will suggest to Allow the installation.

I downloaded the wondershare andriod recovery app. My tablet samsung gtn5100 was working fine but I had lost my data. While the ap was on recovery mode it stoppedal at about 70% and a message saying recovery failed came up. Since then my tablet refused to start up and is stuck on the Samsung logo. I have tried everything but it won’t work. And this was definitely caused by he wondershare app. What do I do
