The reason was Tellltale Games has closed down in between the production of the final episodes. Later the final episodes were released by Skybound games. Codemasters Dirt 3 is another video game that was taken off the Steam platform. It is a racing video game which is developed and published by Codemasters. It is the eighth release of the CollinMacRae Rally series. Although, there were no clear reasons that why the game was removed but it was concluded that their license has been expired and could not be sold any longer.

It got cancelled into its development phase. Later, it was released in 2013, but didn’t turn out to be good or rather considered as the worst video game. It has bombarded with negative reviews from critics and hence, Steam removed it.

5. Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus was one of the games that was not removed actually but Steam didn’t managed to keep it. The reason behind this was the Steam vs Epic Store blunder. At the first place, Metro Exodus was meant to be available exclusively on Steam but it was released over number of platforms except Steam because of Epic Games Store. Epic Games Store successfully competed against all and got hands on a number of video games including Metro Exodus to be launched exclusively on their storefront. Hence, the game was grabbed from Steam by the Epic Games Store.
