Body of the phablet is made up of plastic with some metallic furnish to make this phone sturdy. ZenFone 6 is available in variety of colors like Pearl White, Cherry Red and Champagne Gold and all color variant provided by Asus is just amazing. Weight of the phablet is quite reasonable because device is packed with 6-inch display so definitely device will be bigger and heavier.

Starting with the front face of the Asus ZenFone 6, first thing to encounter on this phone is its big enough display of 6-inch and is protected by large bezel space on all sides of display. Above and below space of display is conquered by special and essential hardware of the phablet. Above space is acquired by earpiece of the phablet which allows us hearing while making or receiving phone call and front camera for having a video chat and conferencing. Set of sensors are also present here to function for which they are assigned. Below space is occupied by capacitive touch buttons like home, back and menu and below these capacitive buttons there is metal strip to enhance the looks of the phablet.

Back of the phone is made of plastic and is made up of quite sturdy material to digest few beat of shock. Top centre of the back is left for main camera of the phablet and below it lays the flash. Asus branding is placed in centre back of the phablet and below has the speaker of the phablet. Sides of the phablet are cleverly designed with volume rocker and power button on the right side whereas left side is left vacant. Upper shelf will have 3.5mm jack of the phablet for audio enhancement while lower shelf is been given with microUSB slot and mic of the phablet for audio input. Overall design of the phablet is quite simple yet very decent.

Now we will check out what exactly Asus has to provide in display section along with huge size. ZenFone 6 has 6-inch display with resolution of 720×1280 pixels which is quite good for mid-range segment device. HD display of the Asus is packed with 245ppi and is capable of producing good saturating colors and outputs vibrant and decent display. Brightness of the display is little challenge with this phablet because when the display is at full brightness it appears to be dim resulting in low sun-legibility.

In simple terms display of the phablet is quite disappointing while operated under bright light. Viewing angles of the phone is quite decent but not impressive. Asus has given a special app for display adjustment called Splendid, which allows user to adjust the display of phablet according to the conditions.
