At the front side you have the 8 inch display with of you button at the bottom and a centre home button which also has finger print support. The home button can also be used for biometric authentication. Similar to iPhone you can now unlock your home screen through your fingerprint.
Just about the screen lies a 2.1 mega pixel camera. This camera is decent for video calling and for taking pictures. Where are set of sensor at the top site. Output is very smooth and clear. There are few set of application pre installed. The screen size is perfect for working. Due to a high definition resolution you will not face any problem. The tablet is capable of running any future android update also.

Camera Quality:
Galaxy tab s 8.4 has a dual camera support. At the front side you can find a 2.1 megapixel camera while at the back side there is an 8 mega pixel camera. The back camera is supported by led flash. Talking about the camera quality of Samsung devices, Galaxy tab s is having a poor camera. All the best I can say it has an average camera quality. It is not as great as it was expected. But still you can take some good photos in outdoor.
The front camera does not give you nice photo quality when there is less light. The stock camera app provides you some good features and settings through which you can make your photos all lot better. I found one thing while using camera. When you have a nice sunlight the pictures are very clear and detailed. And when there is less light pictures are dark and grainy.

Samsung galaxy tab s 8.4 has a 4900 mah battery. The battery life is good. Being a large size tablet it is essential to have a big size battery. Or else the device will start asking for charger within few hours of usage. You can go with a regular 7 hours of usage if you are going to use the tablet for watching videos. It consists of both offline and online videos. You can increase the same more by turning on the power saving features.
The tablet has a good but not really great battery life. Because here if we talk about the big screen then we expect a little more from the same. The tablet has an ultra power saving feature in the same. This feature will allow you to have more control over the battery. Make sure you turn it on.
