Design and Packaging:
XOLO Q1200 has a good design. I was expecting a regular plastic finish on the same but this is not the story. It has a good body that also looks durable. That does not means it is waterproof. By premium design I mean the device looks to be packed in a metallic back panel. While most of the device in the market uses a plastic back panel. And there is a very sleek frame that also makes it thin and less bulky.
The phone is as slim as the iPhone. The phone fits well in your hand. You will not realize the weight. At some point if you add a cover you might feel it bulky. That is because of the metallic cover which makes it heavy to handle. This is not a negative point. Xolo Q1200 does not have as removable back cover. The battery is sealed inside. It is right to say that Xolo Q1200 has the best body design compare to a few other smart phones in the market that fail at the same price range.
The power key is on the left with volume rocker. And also there is a tray holds micro-sim card and microSD card both. These are not separate. You can access them easily from the right. The key location is easily accessible. At the backside lies a 8MP with dual-LED flash so that you can take brighter photos. The camera comes with Sony’s Exmor R Sensor that can make your photography a lot better. And there are two speakers also. The phone has a good body.
