Lenovo introduces ideacentre Stick 300, Smallest PC running Windows

As small as a USB dongle, the HDMI PC dongle will perform all full-fledged tasks works what a desktop does.

Lenovo is the latest company to enter the HDMI PC Dongle arcade and they seem to be leaving no stone unturned in releasing their ideacentre Stick 300 PC as a success.

Lenovo has officially revealed ideacentre Stick 300. The ideacentre Stick 300 is a pocket sized ultra-compact PC stick which runs on Windows 8.1 OS. Talking about the features, ideacentre Stick 300 is boosted by a powerful Quad-Core Intel Baytrial Z3735F processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. Moving on to the storage, the stick comes with a 32 internal memory which can be further expanded using a microSD card. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI, a micro USB port for power and a USB 2.0 port. Talking about the dimensions, the devices measures 100 x 38 x 15mm. Lenovo ideacentre Stick 300 is priced at US $129 which is approx. INR. 8200 and will be available from next month in retail stores and e-commerce sites.

You can connect the device to the TV or Monitor via the HDMI port, which will make it a full-usable PC. This gives an option to use it in office as well at home all you need is a monitor or TV with a free HDMI port.

As the ideacentre Stick 300 is compact and portable it is said to be ideal for travelers and businessmen who travel a lot.

The ideacentre Stick 300 comes with somewhat similar specifications to Intel’s Compute Stick and set to compete with Intel’s Compute Stick which was released earlier this year.
