LG G4 vs iPhone 6 comparison
LG G4 is the Flagship smartphone from the company in its G series. Earlier LG G3 performed very well in the market and became one of the best smartphones in 2014. Also, last year Apple launched iPhone 6 and its bigger version iPhone 6 Plus in September. Today we will compare these two flagship phones head-to-head. Apple iPhone 6 and LG G4 have many differences, which we are going to discover now by comparing them.
Let’s start by OS, as we all know Apple Inc. launches its phones with its own OS known as iOS (iPhone Operating System). iPhone 6 was launched with iOS 8. According to Apple, there are many new features, functions and capability’s in iOS 8 which are not there in previous versions of IOS.
On the other hand LG launched G4 with Latest version of Android v 5.0 Lollipop. iOS and Android are two different OS and both have different market. Apple iOS 8 has flat desing and Android 5.0 Lollipop is based on Google’s Material design.

When it comes to Display iPhone 6 has 4.7inches IPS LCD, capacitive touch screen display which gives resolution of 1334 x 750. While the LG G4 has 5.5 inch IPS LCD display which is similar to iPhones 6’s big brother iPhone 6 plus, but we think, for some people 5.5 inch will be too big, so 4.7inch will be quite comfortable. iPhone 6’s display has Ion-strengthened glass, oleophobic coating protection while LG G4’s Display has Corning Gorilla glass 3 protection.
LG G4 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset, Dual-core 1.82 GHz processor and Andreno 418 graphic processor. While on the rival’s campaign iPhone 6 comes with Apple 8 chipset, Dual-core 1.4 GHz Cyclone processor and PowerVR GX6450 graphic processor. It is said that iPhone performs well with 3D and HD games, while LG g4 suffer in some aspects.
In terms of Memory, LG G4 comes with 32GB internal memory and 3GB ram. It also supports expandable memory upto 128GB. iPhone 6 comes in 14gb/64gb/128gb internal memory versions with 1GB RAM. Now here comes a great difference iPhone 6 does not supports expandable memory.
iPhone 6 has 8MP rear camera, which gives resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels, it also supports face detection autofocus and 1.2MP, 720p. LG G4 has impressive camera specifications. LG G4 has 16 MP rear camera which gives resolution of 5312 x 2988 pixels and supports autofocus and optical image stabilization. It has 8 MP, 1080p front-facing camera, which makes it better than iPhone 6.
LG G4 has Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery. iPhone 6 has Non-removable Li-Po 1810 mAh battery.
