Everyone Wants Noah Cyrus To Know She Doesn’t Have To Be A Singer After MTV Movie Awards Bomb

Everyone Wants Noah Cyrus To Know She Doesn't Have To Be A Singer After MTV Movie Awards Bomb featureIf Noah Cyrus ever needed Miley Cyrus’ advice to never search her own name online, today’s the day. Internet critics have been merciless as ever following Noah’s performance of “Stay Together” at Sunday night’s MTV Movie & TV Awards. While Camila Cabello tried to bring sex appeal to her performance, Noah sounded like she needed an oxygen tank during hers.

After a good start in the crowd, Noah had some trouble finding her singing voice as she made her way to the stage. She made it through the first chorus, but never seemed to recover her breath after. On stage with a skateboard ramp and some family-friendly dancers, Noah kept things G-rated for the performance just like she did in the music video for the song.

Unfortunately, viewers noticed that the performance wasn’t as clean as Noah’s language. She also brought her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, as her date, which made it that much harder to fight off claims that her famous family helped open doors for her.

Watch as Noah takes the stage below, plus see her date and some of the most brutal reactions to her gig.

“The first acting award in history that doesn’t separate nominees based on their sex says something about how we perceive the human experience,” Emma said to open her speech.

“MTV’s move to create a genderless award for acting will mean something different to everyone,” she continued. “But to me it indicates that acting is about the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and that doesn’t need to be separated into two different categories.”
