Overall, though, it seems like one message from the video is clear. Justin and Ed really do not want to dress up for social occasions …

Ed Sheeran, Lilly Collins and Himesh Patel Star in Trailer for ‘Yesterday’

Ed Sheeran YesterdayEd Sheeran joins actors Lilly Collins and Himesh Patel in the just-released trailer for Yesterday. Yesterday is the latest musical comedy by award-winning director Danny Boyle, who is probably best known for his films Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later and Steve Jobs.

In the unusual modern-day fantasy, Himesh Patel plays a young man named Jack Malik who gets hit by a bus after a worldwide power outage and wakes up to find out that he is now in a world where neither the Beatles nor their songs ever existed. Jack takes this opportunity to begin a music career by claiming credit for the Beatles’ songs. Eventually, he becomes celebrated as a star and one of the most talented singer-songwriters of his era.

But while Jack’s success affects his life in many positive ways, it also causes his friendships with characters played by Lilly and Ed to be strained to the breaking point.

Try Not To Cry When You Watch Beyonce and Ed Sheeran Perform “Perfect Duet” Live Together for the First Time

Beyonce Ed SheeranBeyonce and Ed Sheeran got their first opportunity to sing their December 2017 collaboration, “Perfect Duet,” together live yesterday in South Africa at the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100, a massive event honoring Nelson Mandela’s life that drew in spectators from around the world.

Beyonce and Ed performed the song in front of one of the largest concert audiences of the year at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. The usual capacity of the stadium is 95,000 seats, but with standing room only crowds overflowing into the stadium’s parking areas, the audience at the time of the duet has been estimated to have numbered between 100,000 and 110,000.

However, the huge crowd did little to take away from the tenderness of the duet.
