HTC has announced another low cost android smartphone in its desire series – HTC desire 501. The handset has a decent 4.3 inch display; cool enough to enjoy movies, games, videos and a lot more. The phone is being processed by 1.15 GHz dual-core NovaThor U8520 processor providing great speed and performance. The users are definitely going to enjoy using this handset with its amazing UI powered by android 4.1 JB. performance vice and look vice the phone is great.
The desire 501 comes with 8MP auto focus camera with LED flash allowing you to take breath-taking clicks. it features a 2.1 MP front facing camera for video calling. Videos are also quite great captured through its rear camera. 3G (HSDPA up to 14.4 Mbps) connectivity is available in this handset. Also available are a number other options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX, GPS, NFC. It has 1GB RAM with 8 GB internal memory supporting the phone to perform well.Memory is expandable up to 32GB with micro SD. The phone is powered by 2100 mAh battery which is quite reliable.
HTC has priced the desire 501 at near about Rs. 20900/- colour variety like black, white and pink is available. This handset would soon be made available globally, as of now, it has not been announced for global sale.
