Google Nexus 6 Review
Nexus 6 is a high end Smartphone launched by Google back in October at the price tag of Rs.49000 approx for 64GB edition and Rs.44,000 for 32GB version. It is indeed one of the best Smartphone with great display quality and powerful hardware. This phone is capable of beating many other devices in its price and specification range in terms of quality and performance. Today we will be testing out this phone in more details and find out why it is so nice.
Nexus 6 falls under a phablet category where you get a big screen with HD resolutions. Google has given us some of the best products in the past also and continues the trend by launching this device. So if you are trying to buy a high end Smartphone and looking for a good model then Nexus 6 is not a bad choice at all. Nexus 6 brings up a pack of good hardware and great performance. Design & Packaging:
Nexus 6 holds a 5.96 inch (almost 6 inch) HD screen loaded with high resolution. It is a big sized phone that is not easy to handle with one hand. You can run various apps and you can enjoy multi-tasking output on the same. You can play any game you want in this. The display quality is nice and the touch is very smooth. I never doubt the screen quality of Nexus 6. With the HD screen, a stereo speaker is also set on the front side adding more power to the volume. You get good enough sound quality here.
The screen features of a Quad HD display which means you get high color saturation with crisp image quality and the viewing angle is also amazing. The entire thickness of this phone is around 10.1 mm only which makes the phone easy to hold and carry to some extent. It is also not at all heavy to lift. You can put a folio cover on that if you want an extra protection for the display.
Most of the time when it comes to phablet you cannot use them with single hand. That is because of the width. At the front side the Quad HD display gives you a 2560×1440 pixel resolution. The approx size of this screen is around 5.96 inch which is near to 6 inch. You can enjoy full 1080p display on the same. All sensors are placed on the top with 2MP camera and capacitive keys. Buttons are placed on the right with power and volume rocker.

Nexus 6 runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop Operating System. Android 5.0 Lollipop is based on the new Material design where you get a very productive environment. It is quiet easy to use and also very effective. As per the hardware and device model, in future also this device is going to get all upcoming future updates. The material design is very simple and easy. It is something really new and you will enjoy the popup animation on the same.
There are tons of customization feature provided in this new Android version. You can just manage the notification as per your need. You can enable Smart Lock feature if you want to enhance your security options. There are also lot of inbuilt apps and games on the same. You can also use different apps on different screen and still the phone does not lag or freeze.
Nexus 6 comes with dual camera where a 2MP is placed at the front side and a 13MP is on the backside with led flash. Camera quality of Nexus 6 is quiet amazing. I am quite impressed with the photo and video quality of the device. 13MP is actually more than enough. The camera offers you an f/2.0 aperture where you get detailed photos. At maximum resolution you will get great images and also video resolution on the same. Photos are great in dark also. The flash produce nice amount of light. The new Android OS will also enhance the image processing producing great images. Photo quality is better in comparison to iPhone. You can take ample of great pictures through the same. You won’t get dissatisfied with the same. You can try out many other camera apps and you will get more enhanced photo output.
