Gionee has launched the new Flip phone with Dual-screens named Gionee W909. The phone is now up for pre-order in China at the price of 3999 Yuan, that is about $615 or Rs. 40,800. The phone comes only in Rose Gold color and has leather-like finish at the rear.
Talking about the specifications, Gionee W909 comes out of the box running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. It has a Fingerprint sensor nicely placed at rear side that recognizes and unlocks the phone in about 0.38 seconds. It sports a 4.2 inch Dual HD touch displays with IPS panel and 2.5D curved glass offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Under the hood, Gionee W909 is powered with 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor paired up by 4GB of RAM making it pretty smooth for multitasking or performance. There is also a Mali T860 GPU offering better video output as well as better gaming experience.
In the camera department, Gionmee W909 carries a 16 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and PDAF allowing you to capture amazing pictures and videos. For Selfie fans, there is a 5 Megapixel front facing shooter too. users don’t need to worry much about the storage because there is a 64GB on-board memory and further supports MicroSD card up to 128GB. As per connectivity, Gionee W909 supports 4G LTE along with other standard connectivity features like 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Gionee has packed the phone with 2530mAh battery.
